Bright has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He presently serves as CEO of GPBM where he focusses on deal origination and operations. Chris has been a franchisee with multiple brands including Dunkin Brands(current franchisee). He is the founder of zpizza International, the franchisor of zpizza. Bright grew zpizza from a 4 unit local chain to a 100 unit national franchise brand. His extensive experience in the restaurant/franchise business makes him uniquely qualified to source and to manage investments in this asset class.

Brad brings years of food and beverage experience and knowledge to the leadership team. With more than 14 years in the industry, Gaulke's background spans from small independently owned boutique restaurants to large, full service restaurants with banquet facilities. Brad has been recognized throughout his career for food quality excellence, presentation and his coaching and leadership abilities with his staff. Brad's commitment and desire to provide the ultimate customer experience is marked through his training skills, giving each area he touches a competitive edge in today's market.
